North Station

Located in the heart of the city, it has served as a major hub for travellers since its construction in 1891. The station was designed by renowned Spanish architect Demetrio Ribes and features an impressive neoclassical façade with intricate details and ornamental sculptures along its walls.

The station offers services to destinations all around Spain, making it a popular spot for both local commuters and tourists alike. Inside, you’ll find a variety of amenities including ticket booths, shops, restaurants, cafés and more – perfect for anyone looking to relax while waiting for their train or just take in some sights before embarking on their journey.

In addition to serving as a transport hub, North Station also serves as an important cultural landmark within Valencia. Its grand entrance hall is home to several historic artefacts, such as old photographs from past stations throughout Spain that date back over 100 years ago. It’s also been featured in many films due to its unique architecture; most notably being “Volver al Futuro III” (Back To The Future III).

North Station has become increasingly popular over recent years thanks to its convenient location near other attractions like City Hall Square and La Lonja de la Seda – two must-see spots if you’re visiting Valencia.
